    Here we see the initial Waterfall setup: able to be as simple or as complex as you need. Further down you will find options for up to 3 hurdles and Capital Event handling.

  • Scenario Snapshots

    Here we see the chosen metrics, an expanded Snapshot to see full details, and the easy-to-use Snapshot capture at the bottom of the screen. You can restore your file back to the way it was for any Snapshot.

Once you’ve received your Rent Roll and T-12, we guide you through a sequence of steps that starts with directly importing those documents. Simply highlight a couple items, click process, and save. Next, we take you through customizable sections designed to help you fill out all the specifics of your deals with no need to hop around your spreadsheet. Finally, select from Templates we help you create, which helps handle recurring variables so you can avoid repeatedly entering the same values for every project and avoid data entry mistakes.

After everything is setup, we then place all the values where they need to go. Pro Formance CRE was designed from the ground up to be both flexible and approachable. The program takes a lot of the tediousness and time out of underwriting and helps you iron out the specifics of your deals intelligently.

The Templates make it easy to trial different setups and you can move onto the Analysis Suite and the Waterfall Suite. These will empower you to quickly find the best structure for your deals so you can submit offers quickly with optimal setups.
