In this update, you’ll find three big enhancements: a revamped Summary Dashboard, the ability to create shareable financial documents, and Dynamic Table Management. These help Pro Formance CRE go even further towards the goals of saving you from directly interacting with Excel and also handling everything deal evaluation related in one place.

Your Dashboard, Your Story

The Summary Dashboard already centralizes all the data you care about in one place, but every team and deal is different. Whether you want graphs to be near the top or return metrics, you can easily make changes to the Dashboard’s structure. This flexibility allows you to:

  1. Rearrange sections in a way that fits your preferences

  1. Highlight the metrics that matter most to you

  1. Create different “views” for internal and external audiences

This fits into our design philosophy around providing simple customizability, letting you easily tailor Pro Formance CRE to your needs.

PDF Exports That Look the Part

Impressing lenders, investors, and partners often comes down to presentation. An Excel printout can feel clunky or amateur if it’s not formatted perfectly. Standalone programs may have connections to your model, but making changes is tricky. Our new PDF export system helps you deliver polished financial memos that can be easily customized.

This draws from your Summary Dashboard, so the ability to rearrange and toggle visible sections makes it incredibly simple to change the content.


Dynamic Table Management

We already let you handle everything from your Excel model that didn’t move, but there wasn’t a way to adapt to changing tables. You can now easily single out each unique item from a table along with its specific inputs (and any relevant to see outputs).

Easily setup the first row and we’ll automatically scale the section according to the contents of the target table.
